Wow, this is a difficult one for a super-striver like myself.
But the concept of Mindfulness being everything and nothing is also about achieving everything by achieving nothing. How can you strive for something you already have… therefore the act of of striving is not necessary.
the state of not doing anything (non-striving), just simply accepting that things are and will happen; and that perhaps that is what is supposed to happen; of course non of this matters if it in not happening right now.
I think this often the striving is not the doing; it is the thought of striving which smashes us into the past of panics us about the future.
